Senior Commercial Real Estate Consultant
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities for the sale and leasing of commercial properties. Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, landlords, tenants, developers, and corporate clients. Conduct client meetings to understand their commercial property requirements and recommend suitable investment or leasing opportunities. Market and promote commercial properties through various sales channels, networking events, and client referrals. Arrange and conduct property viewings, presentations, and site inspections. Negotiate commercial terms, rental agreements, and sales contracts in the best interest of the company and clients. Prepare proposals, quotations, lease offers, and commercial agreements in coordination with the management team. Maintain an up-to-date portfolio of available commercial properties and ensure property listings are accurate and current. Provide clients with market insights, rental trends, investment analysis, and property valuations to support informed decision-making. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and leasing targets established by Management. Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, negotiations, and transactions using the company's CRM system. Coordinate with property owners, legal advisors, finance teams, and government authorities to facilitate successful transactions. Ensure all documentation complies with UAE real estate regulations and company policies. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and new commercial developments. Resolve client concerns professionally and provide exceptional after-sales and after-leasing support. Mentor junior consultants by sharing industry knowledge, sales techniques, and best practices. Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and market feedback for Management. Represent the company professionally during client meetings, exhibitions, networking events, and business development activities. Maintain strict confidentiality of client information, commercial negotiations, and company data. Perform any other duties assigned by Management that support the company's business objectives. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s/Diploma Holder +2 Years experience as a Senior Commercial Consultant in Abu Dhabi In-depth UAE & Abu Dhabi Commercial Property Market & Regulation Knowledge Proven track record in Commercial Real Estate (Sales/Rent) Good computer skills (MS Office, CRM, Database, etc.) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Team player and client-focused Must have a valid UAE Driving License Employment Type Full Time Company Industry Real Estate Department / Functional Area SalesBusiness Development Keywords Senior Real Estate Deal MakerExecutive Real Estate ConsultantReal Estate Get real-time job updates only on our App
