Senior Construction Project Manager

Lead overall project planning, execution, monitoring, and completion Develop project execution plans, schedules, resource plans, and milestones Manage project teams, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors Monitor project progress, costs, quality, and schedule performance Identify project risks, delays, and constraints and implement recovery strategies Coordinate with Planning, Procurement, Commercial, QA/QC, HSE, and Finance teams Manage project budgets, cost control, variations, claims, and change orders Review drawings, specifications, contracts, BOQs, and technical documents Ensure compliance with quality standards, approved drawings, specifications, and HSE requirements Manage client and consultant relationships and provide regular project updates Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance Lead testing, commissioning, snagging, handover, and project closeout activities

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's Degree in **Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field** **9–10 years of relevant construction/project management experience** Proven experience managing **medium to large-scale construction projects** Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and project management principles Strong experience in **project planning, scheduling, cost control, procurement, and contract administration** Excellent contractor, subcontractor, client, and consultant management skills Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in **Primavera P6 / MS Project, MS Excel, AutoCAD**, and project reporting tools **PMP / PRINCE2** certification is an advantage Employment Type Full-time
