Senior Cortex Developer

Responsibilities

Design and develop advanced solutions using Cortex platform capabilities Customize Cortex modules based on business and technical requirements Develop reusable components, workflows, and services within Cortex ecosystem Ensure high performance, scalability, and maintainability of Cortex applications Architecture & Solution Design: Lead system design and architecture discussions for Cortex implementations Define technical solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards Identify optimization opportunities and improve system efficiency Ensure secure and robust system design Integration & APIs: Integrate Cortex with core banking systems, third-party applications, and external APIs Design and implement REST/SOAP services Handle data exchange, transformation, and synchronization across systems Performance Optimization & Troubleshooting: Analyze system performance and resolve bottlenecks Debug and fix complex technical issues in Cortex environments Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions Leadership & Collaboration: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices Work closely with Business Analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders Translate business requirements into technical solutions Deployment & DevOps: Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes Manage version control and release cycles Ensure smooth migration between environments (Dev / UAT / Production) Programming & Technologies: Strong proficiency in one or more: Java / .NET / Python Experience with RESTful APIs & Web Services (SOAP) Solid experience with SQL & database design Knowledge of microservices architecture Integration & Systems: Experience integrating Cortex with enterprise systems Understanding of middleware and messaging systems Familiarity with API gateways and service orchestration Tools & Platforms: Experience with Git / version control systems CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.) Experience with cloud environments (AWS / Azure) is a plus
