Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor

This is an exciting opportunity for an Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join a well established and every-growing consultancy in Dubai, working as part of their dynamic cost and commercial teams. The ideal Associate Quantity Surveyor will have: A BSc (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying (Essential) A minimum of 10 years industry experience post-graduation (Essential) At least 5 years experience working in infrastructure of a large development projects. MRICS chartered status or currently enrolled on the RICS APC route (Essential) Must be located in Dubai or willing to relocate to work permanently in-country Longevity in previous and current roles a minimum of 1 year in current role is required.
