Senior Dynamics 365 Field Service Developer (M/F)

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job Description We are looking for a Senior Developer specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service to join our technical team. You will be responsible for the design, development, and optimization of field service management solutions, in collaboration with business and technical teams. Main missions Design and develop customized solutions on Dynamics 365 Field Service. Configure and deploy Dynamics Field Service modules, including field service management, route planning and optimization. Integrate Dynamics 365 with other information systems (RP, CRM, reporting tools, etc.). Developing plugins, workflows and automations in C#/.NET. Use Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) to improve user experience and functionality. To ensure the maintenance and optimization of existing applications. Supporting technical and functional teams on best practices and updates to the Dynamics ecosystem. Desired Candidate Profile Qualifications Required skills Techniques : Expertise en Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service et son cosyst me. Mastery of C#/.NET development (plugins, workflows, custom scripts). In-depth knowledge of Dataverse (Common Data Service) and Dynamics architecture. Experience in integrating REST/SOAP APIs with Dynamics 365. Proficiency in Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI. Exp rience avec Azure (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps). Skills in SQL and relational database design. Functional: Good understanding of the processes involved in managing field interventions. Ability to interact with stakeholders to understand and define business needs. Sense of analysis and problem-solving skills for complex issues. Experience in Agile/Scrum mode. Search profile Diploma in computer science (Bac+5, engineering school or university). Minimum 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 development. Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform certifications are a plus. Good communication skills and team spirit. Autonomy and rigor in project management.
