We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Senior Electrical Project Manager with a solid EPC-oriented profile and proven experience in Data Center projects. The ideal candidate must combine strong electrical engineering expertise with hands-on project management capability, taking ownership of projects from engineering coordination and procurement through execution, testing & commissioning, and final handover. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the complete electrical scope of Data Center projects from engineering and procurement through construction, testing, commissioning, and handover. Manage and coordinate electrical engineering requirements, ensuring designs and technical solutions are practical, coordinated, compliant, and suitable for execution. Provide strong technical oversight of critical electrical systems including MV/LV distribution, transformers, generators, UPS systems, ATS, switchgear, PDUs, busways, earthing and lightning protection, and associated Data Center power infrastructure. Review and coordinate electrical, MEP, architectural, ICT/ELV, and specialist systems, resolving technical interfaces and discrepancies before they affect execution. Manage the engineering-to-procurement interface, including BOQs, technical specifications, equipment requirements, scopes of work, technical evaluations, material submittals, and procurement follow-up. Technically evaluate vendors, equipment, suppliers, and subcontractors and ensure compliance with project requirements and specifications. Monitor critical and long-lead equipment procurement, manufacturing, approvals, delivery, and installation in line with the project programme. Lead site execution, subcontractors, resources, quality, progress, inspections, and technical coordination. Manage electrical testing and commissioning activities, system integration, and readiness for final Data Center handover. Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, specialist contractors, and internal project teams. Take ownership of technical and project-related issues, identify risks early, and provide practical solutions to maintain quality, programme, and project objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s Degree in Electrical Engineering. Proven experience in Data Center projects is essential. Strong hands-on technical experience in electrical power systems and critical electrical infrastructure. Proven ability to independently manage electrical projects from engineering and procurement through execution, testing & commissioning, and final handover. Strong technical capability in reviewing and coordinating electrical and multidisciplinary engineering packages, resolving discrepancies and interfaces, and translating engineering requirements into accurate site execution. Demonstrated proficiency in BOQs, technical specifications, procurement, subcontracting, construction methodology, and project sequencing. Strong experience in managing vendors, specialist subcontractors, equipment packages, technical submittmits, and procurement activities. Strong project management, planning, site management, coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Strong command of testing & commissioning, system integration, redundancy, reliability, and critical power requirements associated with Data Center projects. Preferred Qualifications / Additional Advantages Experience in developing and/or reviewing scalable, resilient, and redundant electrical topologies for megawatt-scale Data Center facilities. Strong familiarity with relevant Data Center standards and guidelines, including IEEE, BICSI, and Uptime Institute requirements. Direct experience with Uptime Institute Tier III and/or Tier IV topology, redundancy concepts, and implementation requirements will be considered a strong advantage. Practical experience in applying PMI project management methodologies and best practices will be considered an advantage. Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6 for planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring will be considered an advantage.
