Senior Employer Branding Specialist

Develop and lead the employer branding strategy aligned with the company s culture, values, and business objectives. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure all recruitment marketing content and activities reflect the employer brand consistently across all channels. Create and manage content (videos, blogs, social media posts, career site updates) that highlights employee stories, workplace culture, and company achievements. Plan and execute employer branding campaigns across social media, career fairs, job boards, and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Glassdoor). Partner with Marketing and Communications to align internal and external messaging around the employee value proposition (EVP). Conduct market and competitor analysis to benchmark employer brand performance and identify improvement opportunities. Measure campaign effectiveness using key metrics (e.g., engagement rates, traffic to career site, candidate awareness, employer rankings). Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and career platforms to maximize brand visibility. Support DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) initiatives through authentic storytelling and inclusive branding

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field (master s preferred). 5+ years of experience in employer branding, talent marketing, or corporate communications. Proven track record of leading employer branding campaigns and improving employer reputation. Strong experience with social media strategy, digital marketing tools, and content creation. Excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills. Experience working with ATS and CRM systems and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
