Senior Executive – Commercial Finance | Dubai, UAE Talents Tide is hiring for a leading Dubai-based real estate developer. We're looking for a Senior Executive to join their FP&A and Commercial Finance team. You'll be at the centre of the budgeting and reporting cycle, turning numbers into insight that drives management decisions. What you'll do Support the annual budget process from start to finish. You'll work with department heads to collect inputs, build schedules in line with Group policies, and support re-forecasts and budget recalibrations. Prepare regular and ad hoc MIS reports, and maintain KPI reporting that gives management timely, decision-ready information. Carry out variance analysis of actuals against budget, highlighting risks and supporting KPI delivery. Build, update, and maintain financial models for budgeting and business analysis. Help develop budgeting, reporting, and project reporting policies, processes, and templates. Manage budgets within Hyperion, making sure data is accurate and raising any system issues with the technical team. Contribute to improvements in budgeting and MIS systems alongside other departments.

Desired Candidate Profile

What you'll bring A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. CA or ACCA is preferred. 3–5 years of finance experience in FP&A, budgeting, or MIS. Real estate experience is a strong advantage. Hands-on Hyperion experience, plus working knowledge of Oracle or other ERP systems. Advanced Excel and strong financial modelling skills. Strong analytical skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to meet several deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and spoken English, with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders. Employment Type Full-time
