Senior Executive – Customer Service (Shipping/Logistics)

Act as the primary point of contact for key clients — handle queries and provide shipment updates Oversee booking, documentation, and end-to-end shipment handling in coordination with internal teams Handle escalated issues, resolve discrepancies, and ensure prompt resolution Verify accuracy of shipping documents and ensure regulatory compliance Mentor junior executives and share best practices in customer handling Maintain client records, track KPIs, and prepare performance reports for management

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Logistics, or a related field 3–5 years of customer service experience in shipping/logistics, including handling key clients and documentation Strong knowledge of shipping/logistics operations and export/import documentation Proficient in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills Strong team collaboration and mentoring ability Employment Type Full-time
