Senior Executive — Strategic Advisory (Financial & Business Analysis)

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, variances and root causes; translate findings into management insight, not just schedules. Prepare and present variance analysis (vs prior period and budget), margin analysis, working-capital metrics (receivable/payable/inventory days) and cash flow position. Build ratio, trend and Pareto analyses; flag abnormal or one-time items and unusual transactions. Support pricing, cost-reduction, feasibility and other ad-hoc strategic analyses as engagements require. Design, prepare and maintain MIS packs and KPI dashboards in Excel and Power BI. Standardise and automate recurring reports; move manual reporting onto the firm’s report-builder and Power BI pipelines. Prepare structured reports, presentations and working files to firm standards. Handle day-to-day client interactions independently; discuss financial performance and variance reasons with client management. Track execution of key initiatives, follow up on action points and maintain engagement status reporting. Support implementation of systems, processes and reporting frameworks at clients; document processes, SOPs and workflows; identify gaps and improvement areas. Review analyses, reports and working files drafted by the back-office team; give clear review notes and coach the team on quality. Coordinate between Dubai and the Kozhikode execution team to ensure deadlines and standards are met. Use AI assistants daily for drafting, analysis and research, within the firm’s enterprise-AI policy (with mandatory human review). Identify manual, repetitive steps in engagements and propose automation via the firm’s tools.
