Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Role and responsibilities Deliver custom-development projects for clients as part of a small, fast-moving delivery team. Work across multiple concurrent or sequential projects, moving comfortably between different codebases, technologies, and business problems. Focus primarily on frontend development while contributing to backend development when required. Use AI-assisted development tools as a core part of the engineering workflow. Follow a specification-driven development approach by guiding AI tools, reviewing generated code, and ensuring the quality of the final solution. Collaborate with subject-matter experts and internal R&D teams when projects involve unfamiliar, complex, or specialized technologies. Build, test, review, and deliver reliable solutions that meet project requirements and agreed timelines. Technical Environment Frontend primary focus React Node.js Backend Java as the primary business-logic layer Node.js as an API gateway layer Legacy technologies used in selected projects Ember CoffeeScript Previous experience with legacy technologies is not required, but candidates should be comfortable learning and working with them when needed.
