Job Description Roles & Responsibilities As a Senior Consultant, you will bridge the gap between complex AI models and seamless user experiences. Your key responsibilities include: AI Infrastructure: Designing and building scalable backend services that integrate agents and tools into a robust Agentic AI infrastructure. FullStack Excellence: Developing modern front-end applications using ReactJS (TypeScript) and secure, modular backend services using Python and NodeJS. Agentic Integration: Working with frameworks like Semantic Kernel, MCP, and LlamaIndex to handle tool routing and "OpenAI-like" integrations. Performance Optimization: Identifying and addressing bottlenecks across the stack to ensure high-performance, production-ready systems. Architectural Leadership: Contributing to high-level architectural decisions, writing clean/testable code, and mentoring the team through rigorous code reviews. We are looking for a developer who combines 5 7 years of hands-on experience with a passion for the evolving AI landscape. Technical Requirements: Core Stack: Advanced proficiency in Python (Backend) and React.js with TypeScript (Frontend). AI Expertise: Proven experience with Agentic AI frameworks (Semantic Kernel, MCP, tool routing). Data & APIs: Strong experience with PostgreSQL, FastAPI, and Vector Databases (specifically Qdrant). Software Craftsmanship: Mastery of unit testing, CI/CD pipelines, modular architecture, and secure coding practices. Innovation: Experience integrating AI/ML models into web applications and APIs. Professional Qualities: Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to define and ship new features.
