Senior Full Stack Engineer – Conversation AI

Lead the design and development of scalable, robust conversational AI platforms and applications, integrating cutting-edge NLP and machine learning models. Architect and implement end-to-end full-stack solutions, encompassing front-end interfaces, back-end services, and database management for AI-driven experiences. Drive the integration of third-party AI services and APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality within our conversational systems. Develop and optimize machine learning pipelines for intent recognition, entity extraction, and dialogue management, focusing on performance and accuracy.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum Experience At least 6+ years in software development, with strong expertise in building scalable, secure web applications using micro services, REST APIs, and modern frameworks (FastAPI, React.js) Hands-on experience with GenAI engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows, and cloud-native deployments (Azure/AWS) Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field such as Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field required Master is a preferred Knowledge and Skills Software Development Full-stack development for AI/ML and GenAI applications Backend: FastAPI, Flask, Node.js Frontend: React.js, Angular, Vue.js REST API development and micro services architecture Integration of GenAI models into enterprise platforms Strong in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and cloud-native tools Experience with RAG and agentic workflows Data Processing Scalable data pipelines and preprocessing workflows Handling large, complex datasets efficiently Data governance and transformation best practices Cloud Engineering Azure and AWS services (storage, compute, serverless) Deploying Azure OpenAI and foundation models Familiar with cloud infrastructure (e.g., ACR, resource groups) Skills GenAI engineering micro services cloud-native deployments Employment Type Full-time
