Senior Full Stack Programmer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Join a leading Saudi technology and systems integration company specializing in delivering innovative enterprise IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, networking, and digital transformation solutions to government, enterprise, and commercial customers across the Kingdom. The Senior Full Stack Programmer will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise web applications across front-end and back-end environments. The role requires a highly experienced software professional capable of developing scalable applications, troubleshooting complex technical issues, integrating enterprise systems, supporting production environments, and providing technical guidance in a fast-paced technology solutions environment. Key Accountabilities: Design, develop, implement, and maintain high-performance enterprise web applications across front-end and back-end environments. Develop modern and responsive front-end applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AngularJS, latest Angular, and WebAssembly . Develop and maintain back-end applications, services, and APIs using C# and .NET Core 9+ . Utilize Entity Framework, ORM technologies, and appropriate Design Patterns to develop scalable, maintainable, and high-quality applications. Design, develop, optimize, and maintain databases using SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB . Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and application services to support enterprise systems and business requirements. Implement application security, authentication, authorization, data protection, and secure coding practices . Deploy, manage, and support applications using Docker and Kubernetes . Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate application build, testing, deployment, and release processes. Monitor application performance, identify potential issues, and resolve complex application, integration, database, performance, and production incidents . Plan and execute application upgrades, migrations, configuration changes, and deployments while minimizing operational disruption. Coordinate with project managers, business stakeholders, infrastructure, cybersecurity, database, and application teams to ensure effective application delivery and issue resolution. Support application testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production operations , ensuring timely resolution of technical issues. Maintain accurate application architecture documentation, source code, configurations, API documentation, deployment procedures, and operating guidelines . Ensure applications can be developed, deployed, and maintained effectively within air-gapped, isolated, or restricted environments . Provide technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and support to junior developers and technical team members to enhance team capabilities and development standards. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology , or a related field. Minimum 5 7 years of experience in full-stack software development, preferably within a large-scale technology, enterprise, government, or systems integration environment. Strong hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AngularJS, latest Angular, and WebAssembly . Solid experience with C#, .NET Core 9+, Entity Framework, ORM frameworks, and software Design Patterns . Strong experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQL, and database management . Hands-on experience with Telerik, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines . Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, application integration, authentication, authorization, application security, and performance optimization . Strong understanding of software architecture, development best practices, scalability, maintainability, and application performance . Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application, integration, database, performance, and production issues . Experience with application deployment, upgrades, migrations, configuration changes, and production support . Experience working within air-gapped, isolated, or restricted environments . Strong experience coordinating with cross-functional technical teams, project stakeholders, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and database teams . Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills , with the ability to work effectively under pressure. Experience providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers and team members is an advantage.
