Desired Candidate Profile 5 10 years of experience in Human Resources. Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and labor laws. Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. Experience in creating and updating organization charts and company policies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to demonstrate leadership potential and readiness for future HR management responsibilities. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
