Senior HR Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior HR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and recruiting. This role involves managing employee contracts, payroll and records, overseeing social and medical insurance, and maintaining positive relationships with different stakeholdersResponsibilities:Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals and legal requirements.Maintain accurate employee data in the HRMS (Human Resource Management System) and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate.Provide support and guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures and inquiries regarding benefits and claims.Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.Handle full recruitment cycle, onboarding, contracts, renewals, and terminations in compliance with Egyptian Labor Law.Prepare and review payroll inputs, allowances, deductions, social insurance and income tax data.Coordinate with Labor Office and Social Insurance Office, and support audits and inspections.Coordinate training needs, attendance records, and employee development activities.Prepare HR reports, headcount analysis, and manpower planning data.
