Senior IAM Developer (SailPoint IdentityIQ)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IAM Developer specializing in SailPoint IdentityIQ to develop, customize, integrate, and support enterprise Identity Governance solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong programming expertise, exceptional troubleshooting capabilities, and hands-on experience delivering complex IAM implementations in enterprise environments. The candidate will work closely with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and Infrastructure teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performing IAM solutions. Key Responsibilities SailPoint Development Develop and customize SailPoint IdentityIQ components. Build workflows, rules, forms, and approval processes. Configure lifecycle events. Develop provisioning and de-provisioning workflows. Configure certifications and access requests. Develop custom connectors and integrations. Integration Development Develop REST and SOAP integrations. Integrate with: Active Directory SAP In-house developed Applications Oracle LDAP Databases HR systems Develop custom APIs and web services. Development & Support Troubleshoot production issues. Perform root cause analysis. Optimize application performance. Support upgrades and migrations. Review code and mentor junior developers. Quality Perform unit testing. Support SIT/UAT. Maintain technical documentation. Follow secure coding standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5 7 years of software development experience. 4+ years of hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ development experience.
