Senior IT Project Manager

Connect to your opportunity As a Senior IT Project Manager joining the DIH IT organization you will be playing a key role in delivering technology initiatives and projects while driving the IT procurement and vendor management combining strong project management capability with commercial and technology procurement expertise. The role requires an individual who is comfortable operating between strategic planning and hands-on execution manage competing priorities and drive outcomes in a complex environment. You will lead IT projects from initiation through implementation and transition to operation, developing project plans, milestones, dependencies, financials and governance structure. Proactively identify and manage project risks, provide concise reporting to Leadership and senior stakeholders. As IT procurement Lead, you will be leading the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for the IT procurement including RFI/RFP requirements, evaluation criteria, vendor selection and evaluation ensuring transparency and objective assessment. You will work across IT, business functions, Finance, procurement ensuring that technology investments are delivered effectively and aligned with the business priorities. Lead commercial negotiation with suppliers to achieve optimum cost, value, contract terms and business outcomes. You will establish effective supplier governance and monitor their performance against the contractual agreements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience in IT project management combined with strong knowledge in IT procurement and vendor management. Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end IT projects involving multiple stakeholders and technology teams and successful delivery of assigned projects within the agreed scope, timeline, budget and quality. Hands-on experience with the project management tools such as MS project, Jira or similar platforms Experience in managing projects budgets, financial forecasts, commitments and expenditure. Clear understanding of the IT sourcing and procurement including RFI/RFP process and vendor evaluation. Good understanding of enterprise technology environment including infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, applications and software/SaaS. PMP certification or equivalent. Effective negotiation skills and strong understanding of contract management. A continuous improvement mindset and ability to change the status quo. Effective communication and presentation skills considering the target audience in delivering the message. English language fluency. Desirables Knowledge of Agile methodology, framework and tools. Experience in enterprise procurement platforms such as SAP or Oracle. Knowledge in Finance, Legal and technology solutions business line.
