We are involved in strategic development and innovation projects. As part of our growth, we are looking for a Senior Java Developer Technical Lead to join our team based in Casablanca. This position is also open to professionals based in France who wish to return to Morocco for a rewarding career at Safran. Integrated into a multidisciplinary team of expert engineers, DevOps, and developers, you will be responsible for: Participating in strategic projects for the Safran group, including the creation of new expert applications and the refactoring of existing functionalities. Contributing to the development and implementation of advanced technical solutions. Managing projects and collaborating with various business interfaces. Structuring and supporting a new team dedicated to SESM activities. Desired Candidate Profile Soft Skills Excellent communication and leadership skills. Impeccable interpersonal skills (relationships, client relations, team spirit). Organized, rigorous, and structured. Autonomous, flexible, and ready to take on responsibilities. Job Requirements Hard Skills Languages: +++ Java, JavaScript, C#, ++ JavaFX, SQL Tools: GitLab (or equivalent), SonarQube (or equivalent) Environment: Linux Knowledge in image processing would be a plus. Advantages Minimum 7 years of experience in technical environments, ideally in aeronautics, automotive, or transport. Minimum 2 years of project management experience with multidisciplinary teams.
