Senior Account Manager Lending & Corporate Banking Solutions Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Preferred) or Dubai, UAE | Coverage: Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Pakistan Exclusive to ANKH Executive Search | Strategic Account Growth | Client Retention | Lending & Corporate Banking Solutions Base Location and Coverage Preferred base: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Alternative base: Dubai, UAE, subject to final client confirmation Territory coverage: Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Pakistan Commercial model: strategic account management, retention and existing-client growth Hiring status: urgent priority appointment Travel: regular client-facing travel across the assigned territory The Opportunity ANKH Executive is commencing an urgent confidential search for a Senior Lending Account Manager to take ownership of an established portfolio of banking clients across Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Pakistan. This is a senior individual contributor account-management mandate focused on protecting client trust, strengthening executive relationships and converting customer priorities into renewals, add-on business, cross-sell and strategic expansion. Riyadh is the preferred base, reflecting the current territory structure. Dubai may be considered as an alternative, subject to final client confirmation. Why This Role Matters Banks across the territory continue to modernise lending journeys, origination, servicing, risk management and customer experience across consumer, commercial and corporate portfolios. The appointment is central to continuity across established relationships. Success will depend on executive credibility, disciplined account planning, strong internal coordination and the ability to turn client priorities into sustainable commercial growth. The Mandate The appointed Senior Account Manager will: Own territory and strategic account plans for assigned banking clients across Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Pakistan Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives, business heads, technology leaders, procurement teams and other senior client stakeholders Protect client retention, renewal performance and account health while identifying risks early and coordinating timely action Identify and develop add-on, cross-sell, upgrade and strategic expansion opportunities within established accounts Map client stakeholders, transformation priorities, budgets, decision processes and competitive dynamics across the territory Lead complex renewals, contract extensions, commercial negotiations and account-expansion cycles from qualification through signature Coordinate Sales, Presales, Product, Professional Services, Delivery, Support, Legal and Commercial teams around coherent client plans and commitments Act as the senior commercial point of coordination for client escalations, ensuring issues are owned, communicated and progressed appropriately Maintain rigorous CRM, forecasting, account-health reporting, revenue planning and commercial governance Represent the organisation at relevant banking, lending and financial technology forums across the assigned markets The Profile Sought 10+ years of enterprise account management, client leadership or solution sales experience within banking software, financial technology, SaaS or financial services solutions A demonstrable record of retaining, renewing and expanding strategic banking or financial-services accounts Direct experience managing lending platforms or closely related banking technology solutions Strong knowledge of one or more lending domains, including loan origination, digital lending, consumer or commercial lending, trade finance or supply chain finance Established senior banking relationships and commercial credibility in Saudi Arabia; additional Bahrain and Pakistan coverage is highly valuable Evidence of leading complex, multi-stakeholder renewals, cross-sell initiatives, commercial proposals and negotiations Ability to operate credibly across business, technology, delivery and executive governance discussions Strong account planning, forecasting, CRM discipline and cross-functional coordination English fluency is mandatory; Arabic is a strong advantage for Saudi Arabia and Bahrain Ability to be based in Riyadh, or potentially Dubai subject to confirmation, and travel regularly across the territory Relevant Technology & Industry Exposure Candidates with relevant experience from Finastra, Temenos, Oracle, Mambu, nCino, Nucleus Software, TurnKey Lender, FIS, Fiserv, Q2, SAP, Tuum, Backbase, Sopra Banking Software, TCS BaNCS, Infosys Finacle, Intellect Design Arena, EdgeVerve or comparable enterprise lending, banking software and adjacent financial technology providers serving banks and regulated financial institutions are especially encouraged to apply. Key Considerations This is an urgent, relationship-led account-management appointment focused on an established client portfolio; it is not a pure new-business hunter role. The client identity, reporting line and detailed compensation structure will be disclosed only to shortlisted candidates following an initial discussion and NDA. Riyadh is the preferred base. Dubai remains an alternative subject to final client confirmation.
