Senior Manager - Finance Transformation

Role & responsibilities Finance Operation Lead end-to-end Month close as per the calendar ensure standalone books closing across group Ensure timely closure of Balance sheet and assurance across Group basis the calendar Ensure timely and accurately reconciliation of Bank accounts Ensure timely and accurately reconciliation of Inter company Balances and settle as per payment terms Lead end to end statutory audit across all legal entities Ensure timely closure of internal audit open points and govern Risk and control matrix on periodic basis Finance Transformation & Strategy Lead end-to-end finance transformation initiatives across Record-to-Report (R2R) & VAT Support the design and execution of the Shared Services transformation roadmap. Identify opportunities for process standardization, simplification, and automation. Partner with Finance leadership to align transformation initiatives with business strategy. Process Optimization & Controls Analyze current-state finance processes and design future-state operating models. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies. Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and governance across Shared Services. Ensure processes comply with accounting standards, SOX, and regulatory requirements. Digital Enablement & Automation Lead or support implementation of finance systems (ERP, consolidation tools, workflow tools). Drive adoption of automation solutions including RPA, AI, and analytics. Partner with IT and vendors to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions. Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement Act as a key liaison between Shared Services, Corporate Finance, and business stakeholders. Lead change management activities including communication, training, and adoption tracking. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure successful transition to new ways of working. Performance Management Define and track KPIs and SLAs for Shared Services performance. Drive cost efficiency, productivity improvements, and service quality enhancements. Support benchmarking and best-practice comparisons against industry standards. Project Management Manage multiple transformation projects simultaneously. Develop business cases, project plans, and benefits tracking. Ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
