Job Description Roles & Responsibilities The role sits at Senior Manager / Manager level and reports directly to a Department Director. It centers on executive coordination — scheduling and prioritizing high-level meetings, visits and calls, managing incoming and outgoing requests, preparing briefing material, and ensuring leadership directives are communicated accurately to internal and external stakeholders.
