Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for Senior Mobile Developer (Flutter) for one of our partners, a leader in the Consulting & Technology Services ! Objective: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Mobile Developer (Flutter) to join our Cybersecurity and Data Resilience team. This role is ideal for an early-career IT or cybersecurity professional looking to develop expertise in cyber recovery, ransomware resilience, and data protection technologies. Responsibilities: Mobile Application Development Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter. Build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance mobile solutions that meet business requirements. Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs, third-party services, and backend systems. Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and user experience across Android and iOS platforms. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application defects and performance issues. Architecture & Technical Leadership Contribute to application architecture and technical design decisions. Promote clean code principles, reusable components, and development best practices. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability. Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance across the development team. Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing. Testing & Quality Assurance Develop and maintain unit and widget tests. Support application testing, debugging, and release activities. Ensure applications meet quality, security, and performance standards. Collaborate with QA teams to resolve issues and improve software quality. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, product managers, and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Stay current with Flutter, Dart, and mobile development best practices. Recommend improvements to development processes, tools, and application architecture. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 6 years of experience in mobile application development , with significant hands-on experience using Flutter. Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart . Experience developing and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS. Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns (MVC, MVVM, BLoC, Clean Architecture, etc.). Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs. Strong knowledge of state management approaches such as Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or Cubit. Experience with Git and collaborative version control workflows. Familiarity with Firebase services, including Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, or Analytics, is an advantage. Experience with unit testing, widget testing, and application debugging. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for mobile application deployment is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience working in Agile development environments. Previous experience mentoring developers or leading technical initiatives is preferred.
