Senior Odoo Developer

Lead the development of complex Odoo modules, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code that aligns with business requirements. Design and implement Odoo customizations, including new features, integrations, and modifications to existing modules, focusing on optimal performance. Conduct thorough code reviews, providing constructive feedback to junior developers and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, debugging code, and identifying root causes to provide effective and timely solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills and Qualifications 3–8 years of professional software development experience, with substantial hands-on Odoo development experience. Strong proficiency in Python and Odoo framework architecture. Experience developing and customising Odoo modules. Good knowledge of PostgreSQL, SQL queries, and database optimisation. Experience with JavaScript, XML, HTML, and CSS. Familiarity with Odoo OWL framework and modern frontend development. Experience with Odoo ORM, QWeb reports, access rights, record rules, and module development. Understanding of REST APIs, integrations, Git, and version control.
