Senior Odoo Developer Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Senior Odoo Developer responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo applications. The ideal candidate should have strong backend and frontend development skills, with hands-on experience in the Odoo framework, business workflows, and integrations. Key Responsibilities Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules for both Community and Enterprise editions. Design and implement new business functionalities in Odoo. Work on backend logic using Python and PostgreSQL. Develop and enhance frontend interfaces using JavaScript, XML, and QWeb. Integrate Odoo with third-party systems including APIs, payment gateways, and ERP systems. Customize existing modules such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and more. Debug and fix issues, optimize performance, and ensure scalability. Participate in code reviews and maintain clean, maintainable code. Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Handle Odoo upgrades and migrations between versions. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills Strong experience with the Odoo Framework, preferably v12 v17 or later. Proficiency in Python. Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL. Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Familiarity with Odoo ORM, QWeb, and XML views. Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations. Understanding of MVC architecture. Preferred Skills Experience with OWL framework, Odoo Web Library. Knowledge of Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or similar. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience 2 5+ years of experience in Odoo development, depending on role level. Proven experience in full-stack development. Education Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Soft Skills Strong problem-solving abilities. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
