The role involves working directly with clients to understand their business needs, configuring Odoo to match their processes, coordinating with developers for customizations, and ensuring successful system adoption. The consultant will also support pre-sales activities including product demonstrations and Proof of Concept (POC) sessions for prospective clients. Key Responsibilities Conduct requirements gathering workshops and produce Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) Map current business processes and translate them into optimized Odoo workflows Configure Odoo modules to align with client specifications and business logic Identify functional gaps and write clear technical specifications for the development team Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), resolve issues, and sign off on deliverables Manage data migration planning and execution Deliver end-user training and produce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and user guides Manage project timelines, client expectations, and stakeholder communication throughout the implementation lifecycle Provide post-go-live hypercare support and resolve Level 2 / Level 3 functional issues Support the sales team by conducting product demos, scoping sessions, and Proof of Concept (POC) builds for prospects Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and contribute to commercial proposals Must-Have Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or Accounting 3 – 5 years of hands-on Odoo functional implementation experience Minimum 4 completed full-cycle Odoo implementations Deep functional knowledge of core Odoo modules: Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Project, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Human Resources (HR) Strong experience in business process analysis and gap analysis Proven ability to produce Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and functional specifications Experience planning and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Ability to independently deliver product demos and Proof of Concept (POC) sessions Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in English Employment Type Full-time
