Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Maintain constant communication with management and staff to ensure seamless operational workflows. Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of all operational areas. Identify business risks and strategic opportunities by analyzing operational data and results. Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols. Optimize the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures. Establish and achieve key operational goals and milestones. Ensure operational activities and deliverables remain on schedule. Drive best practices and standardized processes across the organization. Liaise with legal, compliance, and safety departments to ensure full regulatory adherence. Oversee timely data collection and update operational metrics to hit productivity targets, minimize unit costs, eliminate errors, and elevate customer service. Partner with cross-functional support teams to enhance and refine proprietary tools and systems. Manage customer deposit processing and coordinate operational support for business teams. Prepare and verify documentation for wealth management accounts, liaising with international entities to manage investment portfolios and funds. Draft routine correspondence and maintain client operational records. Safeguard the strict confidentiality of customer records and contact lists across the Investment and Placement Departments. Provide customer relationship support through direct client interaction and perform ad-hoc operational support tasks. Conduct financial analyses of funds and investment portfolios, reviewing associated documentation against regulatory standards. Generate and deliver periodic performance reports to senior management and clients. Collaborate with executive management to establish departmental and organization-wide goals. Desired Candidate Profile Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken. Ability to recognize areas of operational and business risk and be proactive in addressing them. Regular and reliable attendance in accordance with position, business, and client needs. Exceptional time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities under tight deadlines. Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and clients. Effective communication skills, including clear speaking, concise writing, and active listening. Able to give and receive constructive feedback across a variety of corporate channels. Strong strategic planning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
