Senior Procurement Engineer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers and subcontractors. Must have prior experience working in the furniture industry or in a manufacturing company. Prepare RFQs/RFPs, evaluate quotations, and negotiate pricing and commercial terms. Issue and manage purchase orders and supplier contracts. Monitor procurement schedules, deliveries, and supplier performance. Coordinate with Design, Estimation, Production, Projects, QA/QC, Logistics, Stores, and Finance teams. Ensure materials comply with project specifications and quality standards. Maintain procurement records, reports, and ERP documentation. Support cost optimization, value engineering, and procurement risk management. Desired Candidate Profile Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and supplier negotiations. Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
