Senior Project Manager - civil

Provide overall leadership for civil infrastructure and wet utilities projects, ensuring successful delivery from tender handover through completion and final handover. Oversee project P&L, budgets, cash flow, cost control, productivity, and overall commercial performance. Lead major projects involving drainage, sewerage, stormwater, potable water pipelines, and associated infrastructure works. Manage relationships with clients, consultants, government authorities, subcontractors, and key stakeholders. Review project strategies, programmes, resources, construction methodologies, and overall execution plans. Lead Projects team, QS, Planning, Procurement, QA/QC, HSE, and site teams to achieve project targets. Monitor project progress, commercial performance, variations, claims, and contractual matters and take corrective action where required. Drive business growth, operational efficiency, cost optimization, and improved project profitability across the infrastructure division. Oversee major contractual, technical, commercial, and operational issues and ensure timely resolution. Ensure compliance with UAE authority requirements, client specifications, quality standards, HSE requirements, and contractual obligations. Develop strong client relationships and support new tenders, business development, negotiations, and strategic project opportunities. Provide regular updates to senior management on project performance, risks, financial status, resources, and overall business operations. Desired Candidate Profile 18+ years of overall experience, with strong UAE/GCC experience in civil infrastructure and wet utilities contracting, including significant senior management experience. Strong track record managing large-scale drainage, sewerage, stormwater, potable water, and infrastructure projects, with complete responsibility for delivery and commercial performance. Should have strong leadership, P&L, commercial, contractual, client management, and business development capabilities and be capable of independently leading the infrastructure business/project portfolio.
