Senior Project Manager- Translation and Localization

Manage projects and handle the communication with client to ensure all instructions are executed.

Key Responsibilities

• Adding the project on Transparent software
• Deliver projects on time
• Adding the PO on transparent
• Conduct QA using CAT tools
• Estimate deadline
• Handling communication with customers Handle different communications with the client regarding: new project, opportunities, feedback, queries, Pos, and invoices
• Handle positive and negative feedback
• Follow up on feedback implementation
• What You Bring to the Table: Excellent to Fluent English skills. 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software
