Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of concurrent, enterprise-scale client implementations and multi-workstream programs. Act as the primary executive contact, chairing client steering committees and aligning delivery with strategic goals. Own project baselines, budgets, resource planning, forecast-to-complete, and strict scope change controls. Drive RAID management, resolve critical escalations, and align cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Support). Mentor PMs/coordinators and improve PMO governance, templates, and delivery standards. Desired Candidate Profile 8+ years of project management experience, with 3+ years leading complex enterprise software deployments. Solid domain experience in FinTech, Capital Markets, or Banking/Financial Services. PMP certification required; Agile/PRINCE2 credentials are an advantage. Working knowledge of system integrations, data migrations, and release management. Hands-on proficiency with MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, and enterprise PM tools. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
