Senior Property Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee the overall operations of a portfolio of residential properties across Dubai and the Northern Emirates. The role is responsible for ensuring smooth property operations, maintaining high occupancy, delivering excellent customer service, managing budgets, and leading the property management team. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of residential properties. Manage property managers and ensure smooth operations across the portfolio. Maximize occupancy, tenant satisfaction, and property performance. Build strong relationships with tenants, and stakeholders. Oversee leasing, lease renewals, rent collections, and tenant communications. Supervise facilities management, maintenance, security, and housekeeping. Prepare and monitor property budgets and operational reports. Ensure compliance with RERA, Ejari, and other UAE regulations. Manage contractors and service providers. Handle tenant complaints and resolve operational issues. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of residential property management experience in the UAE, including at least 3 years in managerial role. Strong knowledge of residential property operations and UAE property regulations. Good leadership, communication, and financial management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software. Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
