SENIOR QHSE ENGINEER

Implement and comply with ISO 9001 and API Q2 (2nd Edition) requirements at site and yard level. Conduct HSE inductions, toolbox talks, yard morning meetings, and safety awareness sessions. Cascade LFI and HSE flashes received from ADNOC. Support daily Permit to Work (PTW) issuance and compliance. Conduct site inspections, prepare reports, track corrective actions, and maintain records. Participate in third-party inspections of well-testing equipment. Maintain QHSE documentation, including certificates, training records, PPE records, and audit records. Assist in tendering documentation and preparation of HSE manuals. Support ISO certification audits, welfare audits, ADNOC audits, and site acceptance audits. Coordinate PPE procurement, distribution, and inventory records. Conduct emergency drills and maintain drill records. Prepare and submit monthly HSE statistics reports to clients. Assist in incident, near-miss, NCR investigations, prepare reports, and maintain records. Monitor IVMS violations, provide driver awareness, and track compliance. Support the STOP Card program by collecting, tracking, and maintaining site data. Accountable For: Accurate implementation of QHSE procedures at site level. Timely reporting of incidents, inspections, and HSE statistics. Maintenance of complete and up-to-date QHSE records. Compliance with ADNOC, client, and company HSE requirements. Participation in audits and inspections with no falsification of data.

Skills

• Good knowledge of HSE legislation, ISO 9001, and API Q2 basics

Desired Candidate Profile

Academic Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Safety, or a related field. NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification preferred.

Experience

Minimum 5 8 years of experience in QHSE role. Experience in oil & gas / construction / industrial projects preferred. Exposure to ADNOC projects and PTW systems is an advantage
