Senior Quantity Surveyor - MEP

We are looking for candidates with strong GCC construction experience, with proven expertise in MEP related commercial management, contract administration, and financial control for delivering iconic, complex, and high-value MEP projects for reputable clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

Comprehensive command of contract management, procurement, and commercial reporting from pre-contract stage to final account settlement. Detailed knowledge of cost planning, cash flow forecasting, Cost-Value Reconciliation (CVR), and value engineering of MEP in new built and Fitout works. Proficiency in administering FIDIC forms of contract, evaluating variations, managing risk registers, and formulating robust contractual claims (EOT and disruption assessments). 8–12 years of construction commercial experience in UAE/GCC projects preferred, with a proven track record leading teams on high profile projects. Candidate should be in the UAE and available for immediate or short-notice onboarding. Employment Type Full-time
