Senior Quantity Surveyor

Desired Candidate Profile

The ideal Associate Quantity Surveyor will have: A BSc (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying (Essential) A minimum of 7 years industry experience post-graduation (Essential) At least 3 years experience working in the UAE (Essential) A minimum of 5 years experience working on major UK airport projects (Desired) Candidates without airports experience but with a strong background in major infrastructure, heavy civils, earthworks or utilities projects will also be considered Direct experience working in the UK and/or in-country exposure to the UK market (Essential) MRICS chartered status or currently enrolled on the RICS APC route would be ideal. Must be located in Dubai or willing to relocate to work permanently in-country Longevity in previous and current roles a minimum of 1 year in current role is required. Candidates with extenuating circumstances and a proven track record of long tenures with previous employers will also be considered (Essential)
