Senior Quantity Surveyor – MEP

Lead the post-contract commercial administration, progress payment applications, subcontractor procurement, variation claims, and cost value reconciliation (CVR) for all MEP packages. 2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES Main Contract Valuations: Prepare, substantiate, and submit monthly interim payment applications to the main contractor/client. Subcontractor Management: Draft specialized MEP subcontract agreements, audit monthly payment applications, and finalize accounts. Variation Formulation & Claims: Identify MEP scope changes, formulate detailed rate build-ups, and substantiate extension of time (EOT) cost claims. Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR): Compile monthly CVR reports, analyze budget vs actual variances, and forecast cost-to-complete (CTC).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (attested with MOFA); 10+ years MEP QS experience; MRICS preferred
• Required Industry & Project Background: 10–14 years in MEP commercial management with Tier-1 contractors in UAE delivering high-rise, luxury villas, or communities
