Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Lead cost estimation efforts for complex construction projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project specifications. Manage procurement processes, negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best value and terms. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, clearly communicating cost implications and project progress. Conduct risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies to manage potential financial impacts throughout the project lifecycle. Post Contract experience required. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related field is essential. Postgraduate qualifications such as an MSc in Quantity Surveying or similar will be highly regarded. Professional certification (MRICS or equivalent) is a must for credibility in the industry. A minimum of 7 years' experience in quantity surveying within the construction sector is required. Candidate should be available to join immediately.
