Senior R&D Formulation Chemist – Detergents & Home Care Products

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Lead the development of innovative detergent and home care formulations, translating consumer insights into breakthrough products. Design and execute complex experimental plans to optimize product performance, stability, and cost-effectiveness. Troubleshoot formulation challenges, identifying root causes and implementing robust solutions for existing and new products. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, and manufacturing to ensure seamless product launches and scale-up. Desired Candidate Profile Ph.D. or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in formulation development within the detergents and home care industry. Demonstrated expertise in surfactant chemistry, rheology modifiers, enzymes, and other key detergent ingredients. Proven track record of successfully launching new consumer products from concept to commercialization.
