Generate new leads by searching for new markets and customers.Contact customers and follow up with them to know their demands and to ascertain the level of satisfaction.Provide the customer with the required support in the technical points and respond to their comments and requirements.Submit all the required documents to the potential clients (company official documents, catalogs, samples, etc…) based on clients’Prepare projects quotation & submit technical proposalFollow up on pending projects with clients.Solving any client problems.Sell and promote our products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.Provide information to management about sales figures, goals and customer needs, interests, obstacles, and potential sales for existing/ new products and services.Provide the top management by the required reports on sales and market competitions.Build and develop new and positive relationships with clients by visiting them in person, maintaining phone contact and addressing issues or problems when they come up.Enhances company image and reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job Accomplishments.Achieving the required annual sales target of the project channelParticipate in important negotiations with key customers to close the deal.Participate in important negotiations with key customers and assist in negotiation with difficult customers
