Senior Software Engineer - Foodics ERP

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Design and build the core accounting product general ledger, chart of accounts, journals, AP/AR, reconciliation, financial reporting on our stack Own the integration surface: inventory, payments, POS transaction flows, and regulatory e-invoicing Work full stack. There is no backend-only or frontend-only seat on a team this size Turn accounting requirements into system design, in close partnership with a product manager and a domain accountant Use AI tooling as a core part of how you build evaluating reference systems, generating and reviewing code, accelerating everything that can be accelerated Make architectural calls early and defend them. Financial data doesn't forgive a weak foundation Ship in weeks, not quarters, and put it in front of real merchants to find out what's wrong with it Desired Candidate Profile Required 5+ years building production software, with meaningful time on accounting, ERP, or financial systems you understand double-entry, period close, and why a ledger is not just another table Strong full-stack engineering. Comfortable owning a feature from schema to screen AI-native way of working. You use agents and LLM tooling daily, you have judgment about where their output can be trusted and where it can't, and you're measurably faster because of it Track record of shipping fast in an early-stage or greenfield environment small team, short cycles Care for correctness in systems where being wrong is expensive Able to work substantially within GMT+3 hours Strong plus Product instinct you don't stop at implementation, you shape what gets built alongside your Product partner Built or operated a ledger, double-entry engine, or transaction-processing system at scale Fintech, banking, payments or financial services background Familiarity with ERP platforms (ERPNext, Odoo, NetSuite, SAP) as a builder, an integrator, or a serious user Experience with ZATCA e-invoicing or comparable regional tax and regulatory integrations Shipped AI-powered features, not just used AI to write code Arabic Speaker Company Industry IT - Software Services Department / Functional Area Software DevelopmentApplication Development (IT Software) Keywords Senior Software Engineer - Foodics ERP Get real-time job updates only on our App
