Senior Software Engineer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Aspire Software is looking for a Senior Software Engineer who is AI-first in how they think, build and work. This means using modern AI coding tools every day to move faster, solve complex problems and improve development quality not simply adding AI to an existing product. You will take ownership of important product and platform initiatives from initial design through production. You will work across our AI agents, backend services, hotel integrations and internal tools to build systems that are reliable, scalable and safe for real-world guest interactions. Key responsibilities: Design, build, test and deploy production-grade software across Sadie s AI and integration platform Develop reliable workflows that combine large language models, business logic, APIs and real time hotel data Build and improve integrations with hotel PMS, booking, payment, telephony and customer service platforms Use AI development tools throughout the engineering lifecycle, including research, prototyping, coding, testing, debugging, documentation and code review Improve the accuracy, latency, reliability and cost efficiency of Sadie s AI agents Build evaluation frameworks, monitoring and safeguards for AI-driven workflows Diagnose complex production issues across distributed systems, third-party APIs and real-time voice interactions Make sound architectural decisions while maintaining the speed and practicality required in a growing company Collaborate directly with product, customer success, hotel partners and other engineers to translate operational problems into effective technical solutions Mentor other engineers and raise the standard for engineering quality, ownership and AI-first development across the team Participate in code reviews and contribute to security, observability, testing and deployment best practices Take responsibility for outcomes in production, not only for completing assigned development tasks Desired Candidate Profile At least five years of professional software engineering experience, including experience owning complex systems in production Strong backend engineering skills in Python, TypeScript or another modern programming language Demonstrated ability to use AI coding tools as a core part of daily development and to validate their output with sound engineering judgment Practical experience building products with large language models, generative AI or agentic workflows Understanding of prompt design, structured outputs, tool calling, retrieval, context management and LLM evaluation Strong experience designing and integrating REST APIs, webhooks and third-party services Experience with databases, distributed systems, asynchronous processing and cloud infrastructure Strong understanding of testing, observability, performance, security and reliable production operations Ability to independently move from an ambiguous business problem to a well-designed, deployed solution Excellent debugging, communication and technical decision-making skills High level of ownership, urgency and attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities may evolve based on customer needs We are looking for someone who is genuinely AI-first: curious about new models and tools, quick to experiment, disciplined about evaluation and capable of turning AI-assisted prototypes into dependable production systems Company Industry IT - Software Services Department / Functional Area IT Software Keywords Senior Software Engineer Get real-time job updates only on our App
