Senior Technical Engineer – Network & Security

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Perform implementation, administration, and troubleshooting of enterprise Network & Security infrastructure. Handle Incident, Service Request, Problem, and Change Management activities within agreed SLAs. Execute implementation and migration activities during maintenance windows. Perform proactive monitoring and health checks for customer infrastructure. Troubleshoot network, firewall, and wireless issues and provide timely resolution. Coordinate with OEM TAC (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Forcepoint, Aruba) for complex issues. Escalate unresolved technical issues to L3 engineers with proper technical analysis. Prepare incident reports, RCA documents, implementation reports, and technical documentation. Perform firmware upgrades, software patches, and configuration backups/restorations. Participate in preventive maintenance and quarterly health check activities. Maintain customer documentation including HLD, LLD, SOPs, As-Built documents, and Runbooks. Support customer environments remotely and onsite whenever required. Ensure compliance with organizational processes, security standards, and change management procedures. Maintain technical certifications as per business requirements.
