Senior Technical Lead

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities Lead end-to-end technical architecture, solution design and development for digital banking applications. Evaluate existing systems, technologies and frameworks and provide technical recommendations. Design scalable and secure architectures using Microservices, API-first and Event-driven architecture . Define technical blueprints, architecture decisions, NFRs and technical standards. Lead integration between frontend applications, backend services, T24/Transact, third-party systems and APIs . Plan technical activities, estimate effort, allocate tasks and manage technical delivery across Agile sprints. Work closely with Project Managers, Business Teams, Vendors and other stakeholders. Conduct code reviews and enforce coding, architecture, security and quality standards. Establish automated testing and engineering best practices. Identify technical risks, dependencies and bottlenecks and implement mitigation strategies. Lead deployment, environment readiness, Go-Live and post-production support . Ensure proper technical documentation and handover to operations/support teams. Mentor and guide development teams and promote technical excellence. Required Technical Skills Digital Banking / Temenos Strong hands-on experience with Temenos Quantum Infinity (formerly Kony) . Experience designing and delivering mobile and web digital banking applications . Knowledge of Quantum Infinity architecture, APIs and integration patterns. Experience configuring/customizing Temenos Quantum components. Strong understanding of Temenos T24 / Transact . Experience with OFS/API-based integration and transaction processing flows . Architecture Strong experience in: Microservices Architecture API-First Architecture Event-Driven Architecture Multi-tier Application Architecture Distributed Systems Experience preparing Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) and technical blueprints. Strong understanding of performance, scalability, availability and other Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) . Frontend Hands-on experience with Flutter/Dart or equivalent modern cross-platform technologies such as: React Native Ionic Other enterprise mobile/web frameworks Backend Strong experience with one or more: Node.js / NestJS Java / Spring Boot .NET Core Equivalent enterprise backend technologies APIs & Integration REST GraphQL OData SOAP API Integration Middleware / ESB / iPaaS Third-party and banking system integrations Databases Experience with relational and NoSQL technologies such as: Oracle PostgreSQL MS SQL Server MongoDB Redis Elasticsearch Desired Candidate Profile Education & Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field . 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering and enterprise IT delivery. Experience as a Technical Lead, Solution Architect, Senior Engineering Lead or equivalent . Proven experience leading and mentoring cross-functional engineering teams. Strong Banking / FinTech / Digital Banking domain experience. Proven track record of delivering production-grade web/mobile applications from development through Go-Live . Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments .
