Connect to your opportunity Desired Candidate Profile In-depth understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, frameworks, and tools commonly used in web development. Proven ability to manage complex projects, from requirement gathering and planning to execution and delivery, while ensuring alignment with business goals. Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to mentor and guide a team of developers, set clear expectations, and foster a collaborative and productive work environment. Extensive experience in reviewing code for quality, security, and adherence to coding standards, while providing constructive feedback to team members. Proficiency in designing scalable, modular, and maintainable application architectures that meet both technical and business requirements. Adept at solving technical challenges, debugging complex issues, and providing innovative solutions to overcome obstacles in development. Excellent communication skills to facilitate effective interaction with team members, stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams. Ability to identify potential project risks, devise mitigation strategies, and make informed decisions to minimize disruptions and delays. Experience in engaging with clients or stakeholders to understand their needs, manage expectations, and ensure project success. Dedication to continuously improving development processes, incorporating new tools, methodologies, and best practices to enhance team efficiency and project outcomes.
