Senior Technical Presales Consultant
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities The Senior Technical Presales Consultant drives business growth by managing complex proposals and supporting the presales team. This role involves delivering tailored technical proposals, fostering strategic partnerships, and collaborating with sales to develop effective strategies. The senior consultant also writes and reviews high-quality proposals, presents to stakeholders, and acts as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring high-quality deliverables while mentoring junior team members. Key accountabilities and decision ownership: Support in building strategic partnerships to expand and enhance sales channels, resulting in increased revenue and business growth. Lead cross-functional collaboration initiatives to explore and understand the capabilities of various teams within the organization, with the objective of expanding the range of offerings provided to clients beyond the company's existing portfolio. Recognize customers' diverse specific business needs and offer technical proposals by conducting thorough analysis of customer requirements, break down those requirements and develop a deep understanding of their unique business challenges. Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies. This includes participating in customer meetings and presentations as needed. Write proposals that clearly articulate the proposed solution, visualizing the system and translating customer requirements into a well-structured document. Review proposals and respond to RFPs prepared by the team. Ensure they meet the company s standards and customer requirements. Deliver informative business & technical presentations to customers senior stakeholders, partners and prospects that communicate complex technical concepts while showcasing the value and benefits of the solution and how it aligns with customer needs. Act as the customer advisor and provide guidance and recommendations that would meet their goals & objectives. Keep up to date with market and competition dynamics aiming to capitalize on ITWorx value proposition. Provide guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback to help the presales team grow professionally. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering. 15+ Years of Experience including 3-4 years in a technical software development capacity. Deep Knowledge of Digital Experience Platforms, CRM, Low-code platforms, and mobility. General knowledge in Data and AI. Knowledge and familiarity with AWS or Azure cloud services Good knowledge with MS .NET framework or Java and web development using HTML, CSS, JS, React and Node.JS Demonstrates agility in effectively handling complex or multiple opportunities or proposals concurrently. Provide guidance, monitor the progress, and offer support to less senior teammates, with focus on the quality of deliverables, best practices, their professional development.
