Senior Treasury Accountant

Assist in reviewing account statements on a daily basis in the ERP system and support reconciliation with bank statements under the guidance of senior staff. Assist in drafting daily bank control reports to track issued cheques and credit balances. Support in preparing daily cash flow records in Excel, to help track project earnings and collections. Assist in creating payment lists showing amounts deposited from different projects, reconcile them with original bank statements Coordinate with HR to help facilitate salary transfer requests for subsidiary companies, and follow up with the bank as instructed by senior staff. Perform basic checks by comparing accounts payable between Excel and ERP system to ensure accuracy. Collect and organize data on treasury bills, debt interest, and debit interest on a monthly basis for reporting and analysis. Assist in reconciling monthly bank control reports with trial balance statements and flag discrepancies for review. Provide supporting documents and data to the audit office on a quarterly basis to meet compliance requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. 3 5 Years of Experience Certified Management Accountant (CMA) Certification is a plus.
