Senior Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Senior Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics coordination, and team performance. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient warehouse processes, compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and accurate inventory control within a fast-paced retail and duty-free environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, receiving, storage, and dispatch activities. Supervise warehouse staff, allocate tasks, conduct training, and monitor performance. Ensure accurate inventory management, stock control, cycle counts, and monthly stock audits. Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, airport authorities, vendors, and internal departments for seamless operations. Assign tasks and monitor team performance, providing guidance and support when needed, and ensuring efficient work allocation. Monitor product quality, expiry dates (FEFO), and minimize wastage and stock discrepancies. Ensure compliance with health, safety, airport security, customs regulations, and company SOPs. Maintain warehouse equipment, systems, records, and operational reports. Track warehouse KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. 3+ years of warehouse operations experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse systems (ERP), and logistics operations. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office and warehouse management systems. Experience in retail, FMCG, airport, or duty-free operations is an advantage. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required in an airport environment.
