Senior Web Methods Developer & Administrator

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement complex integration solutions using webMethods suite, ensuring seamless data flow between diverse applications and systems. Lead the architecture and deployment of robust integration platforms, optimizing performance and scalability for enterprise-level demands. Administer and maintain the webMethods environment, including installation, configuration, patching, and monitoring to ensure high availability and security. Troubleshoot and resolve critical integration issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing permanent solutions to minimize business disruption. Desired Candidate Profile 8+ years of overall integration/middleware experience, with 5+ years hands-on in webMethods (Integration Server, API Gateway, Universal Messaging). Strong understanding of REST/SOAP web services, JSON/XML, and messaging protocols. Working knowledge of Kubernetes: deployments, services, networking, and troubleshooting containerized workloads. Experience with CI/CD tools and scripting (YAML, Shell, Python, or similar). Proficiency in SQL, stored procedures, and data engineering/transformation tasks. Good to Have Software AG webMethods certification. Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP). Experience with API management tools beyond webMethods. Prior experience presenting architecture/design to technical and business stakeholders. Educational Qualification Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Solid understanding of clustering and high-availability concepts (Terracotta, load balancers, shared databases). Strong analytical, debugging, and root-cause analysis skills. Good communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to cross-functional teams.
