As a Lobby Lounge Server , you will play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences by delivering personalized, attentive, and intuitive service in one of the hotel's signature venues. You will be responsible for providing extensive knowledge of our food and beverage offerings, ensuring guests receive thoughtful recommendations and a seamless dining experience. You will have a thorough understanding of the Lobby Lounge menu, including beverages, afternoon tea offerings, light meals, and seasonal specialties. Your ability to anticipate guest needs, engage in meaningful interactions, and maintain Four Seasons service standards will contribute to creating memorable experiences for every guest. Supported by a dedicated team of professionals, the Spa delivers exceptional experiences aligned with Four Seasons standards. Knowledge and Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of two years of experience in Food & Beverage service, preferably within a luxury hotel or fine dining environment. Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills. Strong verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage. Ability to carry and balance trays safely. Basic knowledge of POS systems and handling cash and credit card transactions. Desired Candidate Profile

High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of two years of experience in Food & Beverage service, preferably within a luxury hotel or fine dining environment. Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills. Strong verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage. Ability to carry and balance trays safely.
