Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Developing, customizing, and supporting ServiceNow applications to deliver technical solutions aligned with business and operational requirements. Key Responsibilities Design and implement ServiceNow applications and workflows Develop and maintain outbound and inbound integrations (REST / SOAP APIs) Customize and configure: Business Rules Client Scripts Script Includes UI Actions Ensure solutions comply with zone specific and regulatory requirements Collaborate with cross functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions Support, troubleshoot, and enhance existing ServiceNow implementations Maintain proper technical documentation Technical Skills (Must Have) ServiceNow Platform Development JavaScript Web technologies: HTML, CSS, XML, JSON ServiceNow integrations using REST / SOAP APIs Databases: SQL One backend language (e.g. Python, Java, C#) Soft Skills (Must Have) Strong communication skills (written & verbal) Team collaboration Time management Problem solving mindset Ability to receive and apply constructive feedback Documentation skills Desired Candidate Profile Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 2 4 years of hands on ServiceNow development experience Strong experience with ServiceNow scripting Solid understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices Ability to gather requirements and convert them into technical designs Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments Certifications (Preferred) ServiceNow Certified System Administrator ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Nice to Have Experience with ServiceNow modules: ITSM ITOM SPM Experience with multi instance or multi zone ServiceNow environments French language skills (for localization support) Company Industry ConsultingManagement ConsultingAdvisory Services Department / Functional Area IT Software Keywords ServiceNow Developer Get real-time job updates only on our App
